Vopak’s Leadership Fundamentals
We consider the development of talent within Vopak as one of our most important factors for success and for that purpose we have developed special (and effective) tools. There is a People Development System in order to provide structure for development and career planning for each member of staff. There is a Global Performance & Development System to ensure proper understanding of individual competencies and performance as well as personal development. And we are implementing the Vopak Leadership Fundamentals throughout the organization, which are five absolutely clear invitations to all Vopak staff to ensure that Vopak remains a five-star company and to work towards further development:
