North America Division

In North America, Vopak operates nine strategically-located terminals: seven in the United States and two in Canada with a total storage capacity of 2.3 million cubic meters. These terminals are used mainly for the storage of chemicals. At the terminals in Los Angeles (USA) and Hamilton (Canada), we are also active in oil storage.

With terminals in Deer Park and Galena Park, Houston is one of our key international hub locations alongside Rotterdam/Antwerp, Fujairah and Singapore. The remaining terminals primarily fulfill an import and distribution function. In North America, Vopak is known for the flexible deployability of its terminals for the storage of a wide range of products. Thanks to this flexibility, Vopak maintains excellent relations with its key customers.
